“TATU’S ATTITUDE”

The model for this painting is a 28 year old male gorilla who lives in the Oklahoma Zoo in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He was patiently waiting to be fed when I took the reference photos for this painting. He looked a little put out by the fact that the handlers were not preparing his food faster, thus the name of the painting Tatu’s Attitude.
